IC模拟版图（Temp)

Responsibilities:

• Work with circuit designer to complete high quality analog layout including ADC,DAC and Power Stage etc.
• Strong physical layout knowledge including matching, parasitic effects, floor plan, ESD&Latch up, IR-drop and so on.

• Work experience must be 3+ years
• Bachelor or MSEE in Microelectronics/Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, QRC, Mentor Calibre, etc.
• Experience on 0.18um CMOS/BCD process, 65nm and below process.
• Top level layout and tape out experience is plus
• Self-motivation, result oriented, good team work and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English
