WB Equipment Engineer(引线焊接封装设备工程师)

岗位职责：
1. Participate in all equipment related continuous improvement effort and activities to achieve company quality and business goals.
2. Performs tests, takes measurements, and maintains equipment logs and preventive maintenance sheets.
3. Develops and execute effective PM plans for related Assembly and Supporting equipment. Ensure PM and calibration system meet ISO9000 requirements
4. Identifies root cause, formulate effective corrective actions and resolves problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.
5. Efficiently performs all tasks assigned to completion.
6. Utilizes good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Assist in performing calibrations/Insures calibrations are performed and documented according to the calibration schedule.

任职要求：
1. College Diploma Degree or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors
2. More than 3 years working experience, Strong hands on & engineering management for Assembly equipment & process
3. English, fluent in reading and writing and speaking
4. MS office, SAP, MCS, performance system
