Job description
As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you're joining an exciting startup and working on promoting revolutionary technologies for Advanced Driver Assistance System. You will be responsible for identifying potential Chinese Tier-1/OEM/Aftermarket customers and develop a winning strategy to achieve design wins, sales growth, as well as to secure the market leader position. You should be able to fully understand Calterah products’ features and advantages, and promote Calterah’s products and technologies. You will work with a strong and diverse team in Calterah. Travel to customer sites in mainland China is required.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the plan to enter the Chinese automotive OEM and aftermarket ADAS market.
· Identify and create business opportunities through frequent customer visits.
· Build up and maintain the relationships with automotive OEM's and Tier-1's.
· Provide relevant support throughout the entire project development phase.
· Provide customer demand forecasts and negotiate annual contracts.
· Create and execute an annual sales plan.
· Build up sales team.
Skills required
· 7+ years of experience and broad connection in automotive and semiconductor industry.
· Automotive system knowledge, especially in ADAS.
· Presentation skills.
· Experience in complex sales cycles.
Education
Bachelor required, and Master preferred.
