**Job Description:
- Order management
Order entry & changes
Backlog price maintain
- Shipment management
       Shipment expedite
Proactive action to secure On Time Delivery
       RMA shipment management
- Logistic Program management
       Coordinate with Logistic team for all kinds of program
       Key in or monitor consumption order
       VMI replenishment shipment expediting 
- Payment management
       Payment expedite
       Credit/Debit Note handling
- Co-work with IS and Sales for critical issues
- Customer database maintain
 
**Character
- High-disciplined, take ownership, good time management capability.
- Good communication skill, have ability to work effectively and accurately.
- Team-work spirit, have ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Self-motivated, have ability to execute tasks under minimal supervision.
- Business sense
- Timely response
- Data intelligence
- Willing to take challenge
**Knowledge:
- Familiar to use MS office software.
- Working knowledge of MRP and/or SAP will be added advantage.
- Familiar with SMI/VMI program will be added advantage.
 
**Language
- Good command to use English in writing and oral communication.
 
**Others:
- Working experience >2 years will be added advantage
