版图设计工程师

职位描述：
1.负责flash ，sram，IO和standard cell的版图设计和验证。
2.负责test chip的版图设计和验证。
岗位要求：
1.微电子相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.一年以上相关工作经验。
3.熟悉版图设计和验证的相关软件。
4.良好的英语读写能力。
5.良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
6.有编程或自动布局布线的能力者更佳。
Responsibility
1.Work on flash/sram/IO/standard cell manual layout design & verification.
2.Work on test chip manual layout design & verification. Education and Expertise Required 1.At least BS Degree of Microelectronics. 2.At least 1 year working experience. 3.Familiar with layout design and verification tool.
4.Good English oral and written skills.
5.Good communication and teamwork.
6.Programming skill and APR test chip experience will be plus factor.
