HPC Systems Administrator (HPC系统管理员)

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on HPC system administrator to join our engineering group to manage and support high performance computing cluster environment. This highly technical individual will work with platform software developers, product application engineers, and IT in the ongoing operations and user support for HPC computing systems.
 
Roles/Responsibilities:
·         Perform architecture design, hardware and software deployment and day-to-day operational maintenance;
·         Manage the hardware and systems software infrastructure and provides an effective, reliable, high performance, scalable HPC environment
·         Perform the performance and utilization analysis to maximize the HPC capability
·         Collect various requirements from end users  and make an appropriate configuration/upgrade plan
·         Provide consulting and technical support for end users.
·         Provide detailed document to guide the user using HPC effectively
Job requirements:
·         RHEL/CentOS Linux installation and package management;
·         Experience in Linux systems administration in a multi-user environment;
·         Working knowledge of computer architecture, storage, and networking concepts;
·         Scripting in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, awk, and bash/csh/ksh;
·         Experience with a configuration tool such as Puppet, Salt, Bcfg2, Chef, or Ansible;
·         Strong oral and written English communication skills;
 
Additional Desired Skills:
·         Programming in a language such as C, C++, or Java;
·         Experience with a distributed version control system such as Git, Perforce, Mercurial, CVS or SVN;
·         Experience with cluster resource managers and schedulers (e.g. LSF, SGE);
