Job Descriptions·       Lead the ATE/bench characterization and test data analysis to generate characterization reports.
·       Make recommendation about test strategy, such as DFM, assembly and production. Responsible for ramp-up and product release to mass production
·       Support reliability, qualification and application test. Responsible for yield monitor, analysis and improvement.
·       Responsible for quality improvement and also manage cost reduction. (the Costs of Non Quality)
·       Lead and drive the improvement projects, such as tester platform, diffusion process, assembly center or new package transfer.
·       Analysis customer complaint and report the results
·       Be a contributing member of the development team responsible for the IC definition, design, debug and verification, and production release. 
   
Working Experience·       MSEE or BSEE
·       5+ years of experience in Product Engineering
  
Expertise/Skills·       Should have good knowledge of volume ramp up and volume production, a strong grasp of Statistics, Electro Static Discharge, Latch-Up models/mechanisms and process and device physics.
·        Should be familiar with basic concepts of logice and mixed signal testing.
·        Familiar with DFT, SCAN, BIST, DFM and ATPG methodology.
