Process and Quality Engineer

Role Summary 
This position will be the focal point of Subcon Engineering process/project and Quality Management. 
 
Primary Responsibility 
1.Responsible for new product qualification in Subcon as program manager. 
2.Responsible for product Assembly yield improvement and quality performance. 
3.Drive compliance and alignment for TI and customer’s quality requirements regarding products, processes and service. 
4.Drive Subcon for customer issue/ Subcon internal issue resolving. 
5.Drive Subcon for Quality continuous improvement. 
6.Manage and coordinating activities of stakeholders within & out of organization to achieve customer satisfactory. 
 
Qualifications 
1.Min. 5 years’ experience with relevant working experience. 
Assembly process Engineer/NPI Engineer/ Quality Engineer experience in Assembly factory will be preferred. 
2.Subcon Management experience will be preferred. 
3.Require a BS degree as minimum requirement with good oral and written communication in English. 
4.Team work skill and be comfortable to deal with multiple issues of varying complexity.

1.新产品的开发，认证及项目管理。 
2.提升产品的良率， 改善产品的质量。 
3.推动产品，工艺和服务方面以符合德州仪器的要求。 
4.负责外包工厂的芯片封装制成工程和封装测试相关的质量管理。 
5.解决产品相关的质量问题， 包括外包工厂的内部质量问题及客户投诉。 
6.外包工厂持续的质量提升。 
7.与德州仪器的相关部门合作提高客户的满意度。
 
职位要求：
1.5年以上相关工作经验。 
2.封装工厂Assembly process Engineer /NPI Engineer /Quality Engineer 工作经验优先。　 
3.有外包工厂管理工作经验优先。 
4.良好的中英文口语和书写沟通能力，CET6 级。 
5.团队协作能力，复杂问题的处理能力。
