Job description:
Managing overall Customer Quality Support/Service activities for PMM customers in China. it covers:
- Customer Quality Management (for all aspects which related to product quality)
2) Global QM lead for all PMM customers with headquarter in China. This comprises 3 key accounts (Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo), 6 direct accounts (AAC, Goertek,Osram, Ericsson, Artesyn and TTI), all joint accounts and global accounts which their production are in China.
3) Owner for quality meetings and project meetings with customers in China.
4) Managing the quality related customer complaints for all China customer with focus on sustainable problem solving and fast response to customers to ensure differentiating IFX as quality leader
5) Close supervision of open FAR to ensure effective and prompt closure. Coach the team on effective problem solving and customer communication.
6) Coordinate / handle for customer audit/Quality visit, quality related request, problem solving, quality and reliability documents. Provide guidance and coaching for preparation of customer visit/audit. Participate when necessary
7) Drive proactive QM activities at customers including Quality Marketing to enhance customer perception of IFX as quality leader.
8) Provide training / introduction to customers.
9) Coach or lead task force for critical issue.
- People Management
11) Recruit and place right people; training, upgrade, develop and identify potential, motivate staff, determine career path and keep abreast of market compensation practices, special focus on retention and long-term development
12) Define the team competency development and development planning
13) Support the team coordination for process/ handling improvement
- Leadership towards China business
15) Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities / programmes with special focus on improving customer quality scorecards to support IFX strategic direction to differentiate as quality leader as per HPCM
16) Enforce awareness building for quality and risk management.
- General responsibilities
18) Support the Risk assessments and decision competence with Business Division.
19) Installation and definition of effective process flow for complaint management in China
20) Manage and control spending within budget
Job Requirements:
- 15+ year experience in semiconductor / Quality / relevant function
- Experience in manufacturing processes (esp FE/BE assembly and test), development and
- Very good understanding with Power Management application
- Very good understanding of Failure Analysis
- Project management skills
- Crisis Management Skills and experience
- Problem Solving Skills including root cause analysis experience
- Internal expert in technical / specialist area, but also broad knowledge in related areas due
- Expert in technical / specialist area, esp. manufacturing (FE/BE) and failure analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management,
- Solid knowledge on QM standards and process management
- knowledge of audits, certifications,
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, development and production (FE/BE) as well as solid
- Solid knowledge of subcon management SiFo and Assembly
- Understanding about the facts to cause EOS/ESD failure in product and application level.
