DTR Engineer

岗位职责：

1. Periodically review and document DTR process control specification, control plan, FMEA, work instruction.

2. Participate in DTR process related continuous improvement and activities to achieve company quality and business goals.

3. Identify root cause, formulate effective and corrective actions and resolve problems concerning production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.

4. Efficiently performs all tasks assigned.

5. Assist in performing as a good team player both internal and external the department.

6. Use SPC tool to analyses, control and improve production quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and equipment performance.

7. Drive suppliers on all the quality issues & improvement projects.

8. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department. 

9. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and   also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.   

 

任职要求：

1. Have good written and verbal  communication skills.

2. More than 3 years DTR process working experience of assembly process, Strong hands on & engineering skill for Assembly processes.

3. College Diploma Degree or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors.

4. MS office, JMP, MCS, performance system
