职位描述

The Position
Develop and execute on a vision for delivering automotive class IC products to automotive and industrial market. The right leader will aggressively define and execute on a Chip roadmap to take ICs into automotive market with different feature and cost targets. The right leader will drive innovation, design methodology and efficiency across the product portfolio.
Grow and lead the organization through learning, change, evolution, and sustained growth. You will need to exhibit the capability on how to instill the learning spirit, develop the team by tracking the competency matrix with the development plan, adjusting the team structure to accelerate the learning speed, cross learning through the team work, and sustaining this competency growth to become a world class R&D team.
Focus on driving broad adoption and providing unparalleled customer experience to the top car OEMs. Develop a strategic and tactical plan that drives complete IC, software and system solution around BMS IC products. This leader must have extensive experience in automotive IC to the automotive market.
The position holder will report into BMS product line manager
 
The successful candidate will be a broad leader – part builder, part operator and part general manager. This leader has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products/services into the automotive and or industrial markets.
Candidate should be also able to manage an environment, where priorities shift rapidly. He or she is a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team.
This leader should have a proven ability to design, deliver, and operate a technical solution that is robust in the face of failure around it. It is important that this leader has an operational component to his/her leadership skill set.
Preferred qualification criteria are:
    Possesses a strong understanding of system and IC architectures, development processes and methodologies preferably in the automotive/industrial domain.
    Is technically skilled enough to engage with customers & participate in roadmap prioritization.
    Has led both chip and system development teams in delivering a commercially successful technology product.
    Has a MS/PhD in Electronic Engineering field and 8+ years of experience.
    Has lead teams of at least 30 people and scaled teams 25%-30% per year.
    Has strong experience of working as part of a multi-site, multi-cultural R&D organization
