Program Manager

PM
·         BA or above in Engineering (EE, Computer Science)
·         8+ years Project Management experience in High Tech industry
·         Good communication, presentation and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English
·         Consolidate customer requirements and plans for customer deliverables plan for next generation of products
·         Work commitment to align silicon sample and SW driver schedules, tools, and collaterals to customer program development
·         Lead cross functional teams to work customer communication for critical issues observed during customer program development
·         Summarize customer program status and drive customer critical issues to closure to ensure customer program on track
·         Provide customer impact assessment and work mitigation plan for customer deliverables plan changes
·         Lead cross functional teams for customer product delivery lessons learnt after product enters initial production
