Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop global accounts including wireless and wired
It needs to generate account strategy/plan and execute these activities. 
The account strategy/plan is generated once per year but reviewed every two quarters. 
The execution status and plan will be reviewed every quarter. 
The account status will be updated to cross function team every month by writhing slides. 
It has to join the concall  or meetings with global account team, SMS, or CPT for inquiry. 
The role needs to coordinate FAE and AE resources to engage and support mentioned customers. 
It needs to negotiate price with customers and internal team to win business and follow up projects to complete the design. 
Qualification:
Approach and support customers proactively. 
Capable of building connection and relationship with customers at different layers including management team. 
Cooperation with global account teams and other cross function teams with open-mindedness.
Eager to take challenge in the fast changing environment. 
Solid communication skill and accept fluquent domestic trips.     
Fluent English in oral communication and writing is required.
Familiar with wired/wireless infrastructure products.
