GL Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Take the role of G/L accountant in charge of accruals, amortization, fixed assets,etc. ensure the integrity of financial records which are in compliance with company policies as well as the GAAP requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurately Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Monthly Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Prepare various financial reports to meet the request by different cost centers.
• Collect the data for rolling plan on quarterly basis.
• Supervise daily accounting works, including payment review/fund requests, maintain vendor master data and allocation drivers, cash flow forecasting and subsequent variance analysis.
• Coordinate the internal audit and the annual statutory audit.
• Provide employees and team members with professional advice and guidance on Corp accounting policy.
• Oversee the periodical tax filing.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

• At least 3 year GL working experience with inernational company, SAP system experience preferred.
• Bachelor or college diploma in accounting major.
• Familiar with Excel, word software, and other relevant software.
• Be familiar with China tax laws and regulations with related tax filing experience.
• Have good English communication skills.
• Accounting Certificate.
