职位描述

Primary Responsibility
1.Leadership—All SUPERVISOR must be able to lead his/her people, be it leader or operator. Good leadership will ensure line people produce good quality of work.

2.Production target---SUPERVISOR must know the production schedule and target set. Machine UPH, machine utilization, material availability and manning ratio of manpower are the key things that all leader and SUPERVISOR must know. He/she must ensure leader and operator are also well aware of the above.

3.Cycle time of lot movement—cycle time is very much related to productivity.Cycle time measurement is the gauge for us to find out how productive we are as a whole (all departments).SUPERVISOR responsibility is push for the lot shipment with minimum cycle time.

4.Quality—SUPERVISOR must ensure production workers know what is the requirement from them. Always educate/talk to the line people on quality issues like customer complaint, QA reject and the abnormalities found. Always provide guidance to his people on corrective action and preventive action.Instill the positive mindset to his people, always do the job right at first time.

5.Material wastage—help department head to ensure minimum material wastage.SUPERVISOR have to ensure the material usage in production line is not misuse or waste.

6.Interpersonal skill—As a SUPERVISOR, diplomatic skill is essentially important in dealing with people. This will ensure she/he won’t loss control of subordinates, get support from various department to push for output.

7.Team work—Production as a whole must coordinate and work closely among all four shift. Only good team work will ensure Production produce good result. SUPERVISOR is the overall leader of his/her shift. The expectation from SUPERVISOR is she/he must ensure shift to shift taking/handing over is properly done.If there is any issue arises involved shift to shift, SUPERVISORs must talk and discuss to find the solution.

8.Line Discipline---SUPERVISOR must ensure line people is adhere to the SOP and specs. Any deviation of SOP and specs might lead to quality issue. Must always check whether the line people is comply to the SOP and specs.

9.Training, Briefing and Updates---SUPERVISOR must ensure line people is briefed with latest specs/SOP changed on time. If this is not done on time, line people might execute the job wrongly.It is always a challenge to train the new recruits how to perform their job without repeating the past mistakes (quality issues).

10.Manpower turn over rate ---In order to have experienced/skillful leader/operator, it is a challenge for SUPERVISOR to manage his/her people. Low turn over rate will indirectly/automatically ensure those people manner the machine or working in the line is more skillful and experienced. This will also mean better quality of work will be produced and less quality issue.

11.Follow up and ensure---SUPERVISOR must NOT just take it for granted that after briefing or educate his/her people everything will be under control or in proper order. SUPERVISOR must always follow up and ensure line people are adhere/comply to the requirement.

12.Line activities and efficiency--SUPERVISOR must work very closely with his/her superior and various departments very closely in order to achieve better output, higher quality and higher efficiency. SUPERVISOR’s role is a link between production and various department. In another word, he/she is a coordinator between production and other department.

13.Shift Performance---Shift SUPERVISOR is responsible for his/her shift performances in terms of output, quality, discipline.

14.CPI (continuous process improvement)—SUPERVISOR must be able to initiate himself/herself to bring up the subject of process improvement for discussion and implementation.Always find the room for improvement in order to produce better quality and output.

15.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.Degree & major in manufacturing or engineering.
主修管理或工程专业
2.Around 1~2 years of related working experience in the semi-conductor industry (Additional: Preferably with graduating students)
一到二年的半导体行业相关工作经验 (附加说明:优先考虑毕业生)
3.Team player, good supervising and communication skills
善于团队合作;良好的管理和沟通能力
