Senior RF Application Engineer

职位描述：

To be responsible for the design of RF PA in key mobile phone platform as well as in actual projects at various mobile phone customers. To liaise with internal technology functions and external groups including R&D, Product Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Product Engineering, to ensure an optimized and cost effective design to be verified and designed in at various end customers.

1.Design / develop / debug evaluation board as well as end customer’s form factor boards, including evaluating appropriate interface with RF transceiver

2.Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB design per key mobile phone platform suppliers’ roadmap migration

3.Support the verification of new mobile phone RF PA specifications together with R&D and product marketing team

4. Board level RF circuit debug, functional test and performance assessment with relevant optimization

职位要求：

MS or above in EE, telecommunication or related areas, 3+ years of direct working experience in RF power amplifier in mobile and wearable devices

1. Strongly cell phone design and debug experience for different platform, like MTK, Qualcomm and SPRD so on.

2. manual operation skill for wirelless equipment is must, like 8960, CMW500, Vector network analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.

3. Bench experience of power amplifier characterization with various modulation signals is plus

4. Being familiar with the RF subsystem in mobile and wearable device is desired.

5. Good RF layout design skills, familiar with popular layout tools

6. Good skill in document and presentation

7. Have a solid understanding of modern wireless standards (WCDMA, 3GPP, LTE, Wi-Fi)

8. Knowledge of EMC/EMI design and good understanding of digital electronics are preferred
