职位描述

Responsibilities:
Work with customer on lead frame design for new product. Check/Perform manufacturability test to ensure new design is manufacturability.
Lease with Lead frame supplier on the new design and follow up on delivery and FAI.
Manage lead frame design data base to ensure smooth transfer of part from engineering to production
Resolve manufacturing issue related to lead frame
Establish criteria and QA plan for controlling quality of lead frame
Coordinate reliability test and report result to customer
Resolve reliability issue of new product through design of experiment and process characterization
Work with lead frame supplier on engineering break through to achieve cost reduction

Requirements:
University degree in Engineering discipline
Experience in Lead frame design，
Familiar and experience in using AutoCAD 2000
Experience in semiconductor packaging process
Systematic and analytical mind
Team player
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
