Description
Provide best service to Korean customers (LG,Samsung, Hyundai, Disty) to build good relationship with customers and initiate customer escalations, understand customer business process, coordinate effective solutions when there is supply disruptions, review customer forecast as well. There are many tactical support to cusotmers, such as quote, order entry&maintenance, shipment follow up, part# cross reference maintenance, OTD performance review and RMR follow up.

•Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals
•Strong Interpersonal skills
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

•Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers
•Ability to utilize general computer literacy
