1. Handling customer complaint and production in better control.
2. To monitor customer quality performance to ensure quality target.
3. Monitor products quality and reduce failure rate, to ensure products quality.
4. Understand competitor clearly, collect competitor status in customer side.
5. Other duties or requirements assigned by Supervisor.
1. Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
2. 2+ years Customer Services experience, OLED/LCD FAE/CS is highly preferred.
4. Easy-going and friendly, can keep good relationship with clients.
