Subordinate: 10 FAEs
Job Description:

Formulate, initiate & implement the strategic technical plan and lead the FAE team to achieve consistently sustain demand creation in Huawei Device, Lenovo, Camera Module customer, Battery Pack customers
Early alignment with customer on roadmap planning, drive NPI and supporting resources for platform implementation in customers R&D centers. Support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
Developing relevant customer relationships with technical decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve technical issues with customers.
Work with field sales team and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, CS etc) to complete the sales cycle.
