1、   Passion for turning technology into profitable products
2、   Manage and drive quality standards in accordance with project specifications
3、    Solid system engineering background to organize and manage product launch, preferably in GPS/GNSS applications
4、    Able to lead different engineering groups inside company and co-work with partners and customers
5、    Experience in GNSS chip development and/or validation
6、    Experience working with OEM products that combine hardware and embedded software on an engineering level
7、    Experience in product management and/or customer technical support
8、    Knowledge of the integration of embedded system and basic skill of FPGA ,C/C++ programming
9、    Independent self-organization with ability to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure
10、    Fluency in English, business travel by request
11、    MS in EE or communications systems / computer science or equivalent and have at least 3 to 5 years of experience
