- Location
Beijing/Shanghai - Responsibilities
1. Responsible for DFT planning regarding to IP or SoC
2. Responsible for implementation and verification for MBIST
3. Responsible for implementation and verification for Scan/ATPG
4. Responsible for DFT pattern generation, release and ATE bring-up
5. Responsible for DFT flow/quality improvements - Qualifications
Education and Experience
1. Major in CS, EE or related, BSEE required, MSEE preferred
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in DFT related field
Skills and Knowledge
1. Strong knowledge of DFT including scan, ATPG, BIST and other DFT methodology
2. Strong experience with popular DFT EDA, Mentor DFT solution is preferred
3. Knowledge of synthesis, STA is a plus
4. Familiar with common UNIX utility such as Shell, Perl, TCL
5. Good English communication skills
6. Self-motivated and good team player
