Position Description
1. Responsible for custom circuit design as Memory/Standcell/other analog IPs.|2. Memory/Standcell design, SPICE simulation, layout design, verification and test.|3. Instruct Layout Engineer to floorplan.|4. Support other teams for verification and test.|5. Project planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
1. MS (or above) in Electrical Engineering or other related engineering field.
2. At least 4 years’ experience in custom circuit design with rich tapeout experience.
3. Good understanding of basic electronic principles dealing with circuit and layout design.
4. Familiar with custom circuit design flows and EDA tools such as Virtuoso/Calibre/Hspice/XA.
5. Prefer experienced in memory or standard cell library design, especially in SRAM/ROM/regfile/stdcell.
6. Patient, a good team player, good communication skills.
7. English language skill in writing is a must.
