Job Description
RF IC Design Engineer
Location: Beijing, RF power amplifier Team
Education Level: Master's Degree or Ph.D
Job Type: Experienced

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. RF PA and RF blocks structure design, EM simulation and layout.
2. Design RF/Analog blocks for high power PAs or linear PAs.
3. Chip test with application engineers and debug.
4. Writing documentation and patents.
 
Qualifications
1. MSEE + 2 years of filter design and implementation
2. Basic knowledge of PA, LNA, mixer, VCO.
3. Good understanding for RF theory
4. Good English written skills
5. Solid problem solving and trouble shooting skills

主要工作与职责：
1. 熟悉并能独立完成多种电路和系统，包括但不限于：PA，LNA，mixer，VCO以及inductor，Transformer等
2. 了解多种射频电路特点，能够独立思考，对各种结构和电路有自己的见解
3. 熟悉电磁场理论，拥有EM仿真能力，同时有良好的版图能力，能够独立完成版图工作或指导版图工程师完成工作
4. 熟练使用各种仿真工具，包括电路或电磁场仿真。
 
职位要求
1. 硕士以上
2. 两年以上工作经验
3. 有过芯片量产经验者优先
4. 团队合作能力，独立思考能力和创新思维
