RF marketing director

1.Build groundbreaking relationships with BU Solutions, Greater China account teams and key customers in the Mobile Segment and Internet Everywhere Segment to co-develop and co-specify new products
2.Formulate marketing strategies for key customers and key ecosystem partners to drive penetration of company’s portfolio
3.Manage actively stakeholders e.g. account teams, business line to proactively support and promote the BU portfolio
4.Lead, drive and grow Greater China regional marketing and application engineering team to execute Greater China growth plan
5.Solid understanding of BU capabilities and ambitions and ability to map that to opportunities
6. Input in products roadmaps: identification of new opportunities，development of business cases
7. Knowledgeable / Expert on Mobile and Internet Everywhere ecosystem, key players and influence points, RF system knowledge
8. Key stakeholder of Mobile, Internet Everywhere segment driving the segment product roadmaps
9. Show aggressiveness to outperform the DW and sales targets
