职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Develop strong working relationships with the system’s architects, engineers, purchasing and management at assigned Automotive OEMs to become a trusted systems solutions strategic partner;
2.Market development via strategic and technical engagement with assigned Automotive OEM's with the goal to drive increased adoption of company products and application solutions.
3.Identify and drive opportunities for company product portfolio on OEM roadmaps.
4.Engage with OEM systems architects and engineering decision makers/influencers to develop new/optimized architectures for automotive electronic systems by implementing the company product portfolio;
5.Be the respected internal automotive systems expert that will work with the SECs and across BUs to develop company systems solutions and product roadmaps for focus next-generation automotive applications.
6.Closely collaborate with the BUs, Sales, FAEs and SECs to convert opportunities into design wins.
7.Leverage applications expertise to Support new product development in close contact to collaboration with Corporate Strategic marketing, Corporate R&D, Business Units and SECs.
8.Develop, maintain and publish to all internal stakeholders automotive OEM technology and platform roadmaps.
9.Understand company strategic business goals and silicon TAM.
10.Perform competitive analysis in the assigned region. Develop and execute strategic plans to counter competition.
11.Report activities to management, BUs, Sales and SECs
Required Skills:
1.Excellent technical skills ( semiconductor, hardware, software, systems architecture)
2. Automotive applications engineering experience.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Management skills, both operational and business. Strong knowledge of all automotive product portfolios.
5. Excellent relationship building skills.
6. Negotiation and influencing skills.
7. Strong presentation skills.
8. High level sales skills.
