职位描述

Job Description:
1.Formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan and lead to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increase in Huawei.
2.Drive demand creation and platform implementation in Huawei, support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
3.Developing relevant customer relationships with Huawei’s decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues with Huawei.
4.Work with field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, CS etc) to complete the sales cycle. 
Qualification:
1.Minimum of 3-5 years’ of sales experience in which 2 years’ in key or strategic account /technical sales. Experience with Huawei account is preferred.
2.University degree in Engineering or Science field, with semiconductor Sales & Marketing background preferred.
3.Self-driven, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
4.Selling experience must include selling either one or more of the followings:
1.)High performance Analog IC at Telecom OEM.
2.)Semiconductor at wireless smart phone. 
5.7.Proven success in key or strategic sales growth above market conditions is a plus.
6.Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.  
7.Familiar with Microsoft Office, excellent presentation skills, fluent Mandarin & English are a must.
8.Willingness to travels.
