Global Business Manager

Responsibility:
l   Review, create, and support commercial contracts, pricing offers, and proposals across all Regions and customers for CCP, ICP, or MOCVD (revenue and evaluation orders).
l   Contact window for all Regions/Products and focus to work together to gain revenues, margins, and market share position benefits for company.
l   Responsible for forecast accuracy and timeless of business metrics in Shipments, Bookings, Revenues, and Cash receipts
l   Experience to drive projects across multi-functional groups (technical, financial, operations, sales) to achieve objectives
Requirements:
l   BS in technical discipline (prefer in Engineering field)
l   Over 7 years working experience in Semiconductor equipment area (prefer from large industry player and at least 3 years working in customer facing roles)
l   Prefer direct experience working in marketing or business function for over 2 years
l   Proficiency in written and verbal English skills a must
l   Experienced and capability to do business, company, or product PPT presentations with customer or internal executives
l   Logical thinking and strong capability to influence teams and drive projects forward
l   Disciplined to understand complex situations and directions for follow-up and execution
l   Capability to formulate quantitative methods for business oriented decision making (pricing models, market share analysis, etc.)
