职位描述

Job Description:

Provide best service to Korean customers (LG,Samsung, Hyundai, Disty) to build good relationship with customers and initiate customer escalations, understand customer business process, coordinate effective solutions when there is supply disruptions, review customer forecast as well. There are many tactical support to cusotmers, such as quote, order entry & maintenance, shipment follow up, part# cross reference maintenance, OTD performance review and RMR follow up.

Qualification:

  • Korean speaking CSRs need able to mingle into the team quickly;
  • Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers;
  • Customer service mind set,  data analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (both in English and Chinese, written and verbal);
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Time management /Sense of urgency;
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals;
  • Can work under pressure;
  • Self-Motivational skills, innovative/Creative skills.
