Job Description:
1. Proactive Tactical Service Support
Quoting (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability, no bids)
Order Entry & maintenance (Reschedule & cancellation)
Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking
Daily interface with customers (Phone, fax, email, Customer WEB)
Part # cross references maintenance
Manage customer requirement to meet Global OTD target
Device activity requests (status change)
RMR processing
Maintain customer profiles
2. Proactive Customer Relationship Management
First point of contact for sales & customers
Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers
Customer business issues
Customer visits, meetings, conference calls
Relationship development
3. Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution
Initiate customer escalations
Understanding of Customer business processes
Initiate communication of supply chain disruptions and coordinate effective resolutions
Proactive review customer forecasts
4. Processes Owned:
Order Entry
Order Maintenance and Cancellation
Forecast errors
Standard FMS Activities
Planning Forecasts/Embedded Releases Maintenance
Qualification:
1. Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers
2. Customer service mind set, data analytical and problem solving skills
3. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (both in English and Chinese, written and verbal)
4. Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Negotiation and leverage skills
6. Time management /Sense of urgency
7. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals
8. Can work under pressure
9. Self-Motivational skills, innovative/Creative skills
