Senior Engineer - In Process Quality

Job Description:

-Drive process quality control to minimize process deviation and futher improve process stability.
-Implement in-process Quality Control and conduct regular line audit. Identify area for improvement.
-Review the document to ensure relevant quality/process specification, control plan, FMEA, OJTI, are up to date.
-Handle deviation product / Process and address the root cause with team.
-Support on new product / material/machine buy-off, qualification and safe launch.
-Support Change management process and participation.
-Support on Zero Defect program or other plant wide improvement programs.

Job Requirement:

-Bachelor degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering
-Minimum 5years working experience in semiconductor field, process engineering or quality control.
-Basic knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing environment standard and global supply chain
-Understand semiconductor assembly and test process
-Able to use quality control tools FMEA,SPC,DOE etc.to control /improve quality and solve problem
-Strong data analysis skill
-Systematic problem solving skills with 8D or 6 Sigma
-Fluent communication in both Chinese and English
