Administration Management VP

Job requirement:

1. Majored in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration or other related areas (Bachelor or above); at least 25 years of working experience.
2. Highly experienced in Human Resources Management or Administration Management; familiar with laws and regulations related to property management.
3. 5 years or above of equivalent job experiences.
4. A systematic knowledge and experience of human resources management mode in modern manufacturing enterprises. 
5. Familiar with local policies in labor laws, compensation system, labor insurance and social benefits.
6. Have a long-term strategic vision and an ability to organize and coordinate.
7. Good at interpersonal communication, coordination and relationship building, capable of team-building.
8. Excellent writing skills both in Chinese and English.
9. Experience with semi-conduct industry or electronic industry is preferred.

 
Responsibilities:

1. Overall planning of the company’s human resources strategies, including short-term, mid-term and long-term plans.
2. Establish and improve the current HR management system, study and design HR management modes and policies, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and employee development.
3. Offer constructive suggestions to the company’s decision makers; improve the company’s overall management efficiency.
4. Help to build, maintain, develop and promote corporate culture.
5. Outline the company’s HR development plans, and then supervise the implementation.
6. Design the career path for the company’s director level managers.
7. Settle severe issues occurred in the process of HR management in a timely manner.
