MTS SOC Architecture Engineer

Responsibilities:
-Work with global SoC architecture team and design team to define/deliver best power/performance product.
-Focus on the dGPU SoC power and performance modeling, prediction and optimization.
-Cooperation with design, process, system product teams to deliver overall product pre-bounding box and power specification.
Requirements:
-Understand architecture of the SoC chip and general ASIC design flow from front-end to back-end.
-Experience with logic synthesis or physical design or semiconductor physics or system design.
-Knowledge on the low power design and optimization or lab experience.
-Excellent communication skill and self-study capability. Can work independently and initiatively.
-Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
-Familiar with scripts and Excel VBA macro programming is a plus.
Education:
-Major in EE, CS or related. Master Degree with 3+ years or Bachelor with 5+ years working experiences
