Assistant FAE

Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Technical support on MPS Analog and DC/DC power products负责MPS模拟及DC/DC电源产品的技术支持
2. Serve as technical interface to customers from product/solution promotion to design review, including to analyze the customer's issues, diagnose technically and solve regular application issues贴近客户，执行产品推广到客户设计阶段的一系列工作，包括分析客户疑问，技术诊断以及解决应用问题
3. Technical training to distributors’ FAEs对代理商FAE进行定期的技术培训
4. Work closely with FAE to do the market survey, competitor analysis,etc与FAE紧密合作，完成市场调研及竞争对手分析等


Requirements岗位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree or above and major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related本科及以上学历，电气工程或自动化等相关专业
2. Solid foundation of professional knowledge on electrical circuit analysis, analog circuit, Automatic control theory, etc扎实的电路分析、模拟电路及自动化控制等理论知识
3. Familiar with buck/boost/ flyback topology, experience on battery management is preferred熟悉buck/boost/flyback 拓扑，有电源/电池管理相关经验更佳
4. Ability to take initiative in problem solving能主动积极解决问题
5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit有较强的责任心，上进心及团队合作精神
