芯片测试工程师

招聘要求：
1． 1~2年以上IC测试开发的工作经验。
2． 电子，电力，自动化等相关专业，本科以上学历。
3． 具备模拟电路和PCB设计经验。
4． 熟悉ATE测试机台。
5． 良好的C/C++/C#编程能力。
6． 工作负责，做事积极主动，学习能力强。
7． 良好的人际沟通协调能力，富有团队精神。

工作职责：
1． 完成芯片的ATE测试硬件和软件的开发。C/C++开发ATE测试方案，Altium / Cadence Allegro开发硬件。
2． 与团队其他成员协作完成新产品的开发，包括与外包测试开发团队的合作。
3． 制定芯片ATE测试计划，数据分析，提高测试效率。

Responsibilities:
1.This position is highly technical and requires an individual who can work independently. A working knowledge of Signal Conditioning IC test development is necessary in completing required tasks.
2.Working in conjunction across function teams (such as PM, Design, System, Application, etc.) on the new product development as well as externally with subcons’ development team.
3.Initiating hardware design & software development. Responsible for test solution development using C/C++, Hardware design using Altium / Cadence Allegro.
4.Participating in data collection/analysis for the device electrical characterization, measurement offset, repeatability and reproducibility, spike check, testing efficiency, etc.
5.Supporting test hardware and software release, production offload, yield sustaining, & production ramping.
6.Ensuring proper documentation such as test plan, data analysis, test program maintainable/revision control.

Qualifications:
1.At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in IC testing development
2.Bachelor degree or above, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any engineering related field.
3.Solid knowledge in electronics, analog, power management, ATE.
4.Good C/C++/C# programming skills.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Good analytical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
7.Smart, reliable, honest, and multitasking.
8.Good English/Chinese in both oral and written
