IC Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Define testplan for IC production and characterization test.
• Develop test programs based on the requirements from designer on ATE platform
• Complete ATE char test and release the production program to OSAT
• Support and collaborate with OSAT engineer for yield and production issues
• Analyze datalog from characterization tests and production
• Help PE with continuous improvement on yield, test coverage and cost reduction
   

• Major in EE, Microelectronics, CS or related, BSEE required, MSEE preferred
• 3+ years’ experience as IC test engineer on major ATE platforms
• Strong knowledge in Digital/Analog circuit and circuit test methodology
• Strong programming skill with ATE platforms (93k or Ultra)
• Fast learner and good team player
• Low percent business travel may be required

• Good programming skill with C/C++/VB/Perl
• Fluent in both writtenand spoken English
