Digital Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities
This candidate will be working in the electrical design group, developing FPGA and Embedded Micro Processor firmware, integrate electronic hardware, firmware and software for eBeam review and inspection tools.  He/She will be part of the hardware engineering team, working closely with other EE hardware, firmware, software, mechanical and system engineers to design and develop firmware and electronic hardware.
Qualifications
 - Master (Ph.D, or equivalent degree) in EE
- Strong experience with digital circuitry PCB hardware design, including FPGA, Micro Processor, Clock Management, High speed digital interface (like fiber optics etc).
- Good digital design architecture, documentation and communication experience and skill.
- Good experience with Xilinx FPGA firmware design and programming with Verilog
- Good experience with embedded micro-processor firmware design and programming with C language  
- Good hardware/firmware integration debug/test experience with prototype PCB assemblies.
- Understand general electrical knowledge
- Self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good experience with python script and diagnostic software development is a plus.
- Good experience with real time operation system (like Linux) is a plus.
- Experience of real time image collection system development is a plus. 
- Experience of industry equipment development is a plus
- Knowledge of high voltage safety application is a plus
Minimum Requirement:
Master's Level Degree with at least 5 years of directly related experience. Or Doctorate (Academic) with at least 3 years of directly related experience. Or Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of directly related experience.
