Service Coordinator

Job description
 

• Create Service order and support engineers on SMS errors and issues solving.
• Collect raw data and prepare analysis report for OSO, labor hours booking, parts usage, local solving rate, Install base etc.
• Assist Leader on quotations/margin calculation/approval process of spare parts/billable part/labor sales and others
• Maintain MPS sales related documents from quotation/ booking/ and filing.
• Follow internal process to support MPS operation smoothly.
• Close communication with customer, co-work with finance and logistics on invoice, goods delivery, AR collection….
• Support MPS project when needed
   
   
  Education/Skill
   

• Bachelor degree
• Prefer 1-3 years working experience in administration or related field 
• Capable to read, write and smooth communicate in English
• Familiar with the Microsoft office tool, such as: excel/power-point/ word.  
• Good communication skill and team work
• Negotiation skills for interacting with other sectors
