Title: Senior test engineer./资深测试工程师（薪资面议）

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with design engineer and define product test plan for New device.
2. Do characteristic test in lab for new device. Product performance test data collection and analysis.
3. EFA support for designer and QA/FAE related issue.
4. Develop CP, FT test program for mass production.
5. Mass production monitor and low yield control. Continuous yield improvement.
 
Special knowledge, Skill and Ability requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years IC test related experience.
3. Better to understand Soc, mixed signal test and verification.
4. Experienced on ATE test program development. Familiar with ATE such as KALOS, MAGNUM and D10.
5. Skilled on debugging, trouble-shooting. Good at logical thinking.
6. Positive, Efficient and Team work. Good communication skill in English.
 
主要职责：
1     配合设计部门制定新产品的测试计划。
2     新产品的特性分析测试，产品相关测试数据收集。
3     支持RD/QA/FAE部门做失效模型分析。
4     为量产产品开发CP/FT测试程序。
5     量产管控和低良率处理。
 
要求：

1. 学历本科及以上。
2. 至少三年IC测试相关经验。
3. 最好有SOC或者混合信号测试方面的经验。
4. 熟悉测试机台KALOS,MAGNUM或者D10。
5. 具有良好的逻辑性，能够快速的找到问题并解决问题。
6. 积极向上，工作高效并具有团队合作精神。英语沟通熟练。
