Senior IT Business Analyst for Human Resources

Job Description:
Provide IT business consulting and operational support for Human Resources in following areas:
• Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) etc …
• To gather and analyse Business Requirements
• To prepare business blueprint, functional and technical specification
• To prepare and conduct UAT with business users
• To conduct IT Solution training to business users
• To work with regional & global IT team on solution design and implementation

Job Requirement:
• More than 3 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactor working experience as Techno-Functional Consultants
• SAP Configuration knowledge and strong understanding of HR business processes and functions especially on China Payroll
• Technical knowledge in the areas of ABAP, Webdynpro, UI5 and Smartforms
• Ability to work independently, seeking help when needed, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and across geographical boundaries
• Person with positive attitude, willing to lean, good team player and self-motivated
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chines (written and oral)
• Bachelor’s degree required
