Marketing Manager

Job Description:
1) Infineon Power Management & Multimarket Business Unit, Radio Frequency & Sensors Business Line, Marketing Manager: responsible for China Region mobile, infrastructure, and industrial segments
2) Define Business Development strategies for both direct and distribution customers
3) Drive new product roll-out to target segments and customers
4) Customer engagement together with account sales with seamless interactions
5) Track revenue development and forecast view to internal planning partners regularly
6) Provide technical/marketing input into new product definition for new markets and segments
7) Communicate on business development in China region for business units
8) Regular participations in monthly and weekly alignments and updates meetings and conference calls
9) Provide product training seminars and workshops to end customers, distributors, and sales
10) Take on the driver seats in key major project tracking and drive for closure for business success


Job Requirement:
1) Minimum 6-8 years of semiconductor marketing or sales experience, preferably in RF devices in mmWave or smartphone market
2) System understanding of mmWave and/or smart phone RF front-end requirement; and the market is a must
3) Market knowledge in 4G LTE smart phone and 4G LTE-Advance specifications or in emerging RF market (e.g. mmWave, complementary wireless IoT…)
4) Excellent presentation and communication skills; supporting team and business unit; a team player
5) Experienced working in a MNC environment is preferable and a plus
6) Able to work independently, with effective decision making skills
