Position Description:
 
This position will be responsible for managing the software project on sw/system department, establish and manage the project development process focusing on Software design and delivery, as well as silicon enablement for Huaxintong’s software and system team which is developing software and systems for ARMv8 based processor targeting data center server market. The manager will work in Huaxintong Software & System Group in Beijing
 
Main Responsibility:
 
- Plan, manage and deliver all the Software projects in all phases and across all software/system sub-teams in the department.
- Involved in software project by working with the PM team in software/system organization.
- Collaborating with corporate PMO and software/system organization PM team, coordinate and drive on-time delivery of all engineering project deliverables in software/system team and provide detailed level engineering schedules, resource allocation and status reporting.
- Working with engineering team to set up and maintain the server Application, OS, Firmware development, testing and release flow and process.
 
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of Server Application, OS, Firmware, etc or related to  development experience and system bring-up experience..
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of project management and delivering, and 5 years of team management experience.
- Experience of coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Solid experience with project management tools.
- Certified PMP is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated.
 
Education Requirement:
 
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from China top universities with major on Computer Science, EE or Automation etc
