客户服务工程师-Customer Service Engineer - Tier1

Job Requirements: 

• Understanding Semiconductor environment and safety processes
• Have relative safety training in construction site/ factory
• Can read and understand English version equipment manual
• Follow instructions from customer site supervisors with regards to daily schedules and customer install procedures      
• Can accept work shift or compressed work shift as customer site supervisors requirement
• Manage toolset/documentation/spare parts in order regularly with direction from customer
• Customer  equipment installation and troubleshooting:
  • Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs
  • Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes
  • Analytical thinking provide the information to enable effective trouble shooting
  • Helicopter-view anticipate on possible issues on the progress of the install
  • Ambassador role represent OEM at the customers site in a professional way
  • Communicative skills handle customer matters & request in a professional way
  • Clear reporting written technical reports on daily base to various stakeholders in organization

• Ability to pay attention to details, and willingness to learn and adapt to your surroundings
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service
• Organizational skills, initiative, and self-discipline
• Comfortable interfacing with members of various departments
• Flexibility to work various shifts (days/nights/weekends), overtime, holidays or stand-by
• willing to travel to Domestic and International locations

• Hands on skills and knowledge in electronics or mechanics
• Most of time inside the clean room working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to effectively use hand tools, meters, scopes, and other pertinent specialized equipment
• Willingness and ability to follow procedures and adhere to safety protocol
• Basic computer skills and internet access
• Sufficient oral and written/reading English level
