District Service Manager 区域服务经理

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships for the district including product performance issues, customer requirements and service related issues.
• Support GCO strategy for assigned customer. This includes participating in team calls, preparing and driving action item list and driving for overall success of overall Axcelis GCO strategy.
• Supervise and develop talent of direct reports.
• Manage business operations for remote field office including assigned GCO service metrics.
• Coordinate the training and development of Field Service staff in all aspects of servicing Axcelis product lines.
• Direct staff’s efforts and methods of operation to assure compliance with the company's policies and objectives.
• Coordinate the scheduling of equipment installations, warranty, retrofit and billable service work in the district and assigns field personnel to meet requirements.
• Review and approve all paperwork to support the administrative reporting requirements of Field Service.
• Ensure district submits required paperwork on a timely basis.
• Schedule regular customer visits to discuss product performance and customer needs and satisfaction with Axcelis Field Service.
• Direct the data collection and input in to Glovia of all service work in the district.
• Submit budgetary requirements of the assigned district.

• Bachelor degree in electronics;
• 5-8 years of experience supervising and/or managing FSEs or equivalent;
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions;
• Ability to interface with multiple departments to ensure consistent and effective communication;
• Ability to build relationships with customers/vendors/department contacts;
• Good customer service skills;
• Skilled at Microsoft Products and general computer skills;
• Knowledge of Customer Focus, Semiconductor Equipment/parts;
• Able to travel domestic and international.
