职位描述

- Order management 
Order entry and order change, make sure customer purchase order is managed properly. Customer demand is reflected correctly and accuracy. 

- Shipment management 
Proactive action to secure on time delivery, shipment expedite and relay shipping information to customer. Handle and manage all special shipping requests. 

- Logistics Program management 
Coordinate with Logistics team for all kinds of logistics program. Manage consumption order and VMI replenishment shipment. 

- Payment management 
Coordinate with Finance team for payment expediting and credit/debit note handling 

- Customer database maintain 

- Closely work with Sales team to help sales achieve revenue goal 

Character 
- High-disciplined, take ownership 
- Good time management capability, able to work effectively and accurately 
- Good communication skill 
- Good problem solving capability 
- Team-work spirit 
- Self-motivated, have ability to execute tasks under minimal supervision 
- Willing to take challenge 

Knowledge: 
- Familiar to use MS office software. 
- Working knowledge of MRP and/or SAP will be added advantage. 
- Familiar with SMI/VMI program will be added advantage. 
- Good data intelligence capability will be added advantage. 

Language 
- Fluent in Chinese and English
