职位描述

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure SSC Global and Local strategy can be timely and efficiently delivered and implemented.
  2. Streamline and optimize the team operating rhythm and efficiency to provide business intelligence related support to fulfill department business demand and enable data driven decision making
  3. Interacting with various stakeholders within headquarter (OCE, BSA, BD/Marketing, GCC, etc.) for corporate initiative planning, deployment and adoption.
  4. Build up Infrastructure framework in China– Drive new Spares planning BKM with phased milestone investments (include inventory/WH/logistics/office)
  5. Strategic alignment across matrix/peer organization (GFG, Quality, EHS, Training Center) for ad hoc project management/execution. Ensure close monitoring & drive aligned quick decisions with BU / GFG / FSO
  6. Develop and increase efficiency/effectiveness in key operational execution to support customer
  7. Leading the regional Central Field Operations function and supervises the employees for priorities setting in supporting functional business process, corporate initiatives and field service operations teams
  8. Centralized resource planning and management for the region in supporting business growth and ramp preparation (Early Hiring & Management, Office/Warehouse matrix,etc.)
  9. Coordinate the work activities across SSC department in supporting regular corporate cadence and requirement (QRAM, CMT, QAR, OPS Review, QBR, Strat Plan, GBAM, etc.)
  10. Execute to regional staff operations requirement in supporting regional head and / or SSC Leaders for business & operations coordination and alignment   
  11. Develops personnel to include training and career development; manages the performance management process to include the development of team and individual goals, implementing employee development plans, and coaching

  • Acute business sense for strategic prioritization and execution in supporting business demand
  • Applies understanding of how the team relates to other closely related areas to improve efficiency of own team
Leadership
  • Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches employees to meet daily deadlines
  • Prior experience in Operations planning, manpower/budget management and project management preferred
Problem Solving
  • Uses judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day strategic and operational problems
Impact
  • Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the business unit, department or sub-function
Interpersonal Skills
  • Uses tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin for both writing and communication
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to interact across departments and HQ
  • Good influencing skills for strategic communication/execution between the peer/matrix organization
Education & Qualification
·       Bachelor’s Degree and above (MBA preferred)
·       7-10 years of experience in High Tech sector
·       Over 10 years of experience in Operations or Business Director level
