职位描述

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Design the analog circuit in power management products. Design includes low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation, IC schematics and layout design and evaluation.

2.Lead a team to finish IC design and evaluation independently.

3.Train and support team members to improve ability. Keep team stabilty and high efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• BSEE/MSEE with knowledge in analog IC design.

• Able to manage a team with good written and communication skills.

• Good knowlegde in layout and layout check.

• 5+ years working experience in IC design and process

• Good knowledge in design of op-amp, bandgap, voltage reference and comparator and other analog building blocks.
