C++软件资深软件工程师/Software Sr. Engineer

Responsibility:
1. Develops code in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio for a variety of difficult software projects, and implement bug fixes.
2. Implement new customer requirements and features in existing software
3. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
4. Demonstrating solutions by providing documentation, flowcharts, and clear code.
5. Communicate with internal customers for requirements analysis and schedule.
6. Communicate with external customers regarding software issues.
7. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Requirement:
1. B.S or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field
2. Deep knowledge of C++, C#, OOA/OOD
3. Experience in the semi-conductor industry be a plus
4. Familiarity with real time software development would be an advantage
5. Understanding of SW development cycle, from requirements to testing, integration and delivery
6. Good communication skills
