光学研发经理

1.本科含以上學歷，光通信/電子/信息工程
2.至少10年以上的光模塊工作經驗，
其中5年以上團隊領導或經理經驗；
3.熟悉光模塊各工序生產技術流程及品質管理；
4.關鍵思維和解決問題的能力，並能規劃/組織/決策；
5.具有半導體封裝或COB制程或激光收發模塊(TOSA/ROSA/BOSA/EOSA)經驗者優先。
6.熟悉Autocad, Pro
7.出色的傾聽/演講/溝通技巧；
8.流利的中文和英文溝通表達能力。
1.BS degree in optical communication or mechanical design and automation or Information Engineering
2.At least 10+ years of experience in Optical module and assembly including 5+ years as a team lead or manager;
3.Familiar with Optical module process, production process and quality management;
4.Critical thinking and problem solving skills ; Planning and organizing ; Decision making ;
5.Experience in semiconductor packaging or COB process is preferred also laser transceiver module (TOSA/ROSA/BOSA/EOSA)
6.Familiar with Autocad and Pro
7.Exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills；
8.Fluent in English and Chinese。
