职位描述

Responsibilities
Develop and execute China sales strategy by establishing long-term strategic partnership and becoming the trusted advisor at focused key customers in China region.
Communicate effectively with US based headquarter to drive desired business results in compliance with Company policy.
Manage customer problem escalation and drive solutions effectively.
Collaborate internally and externally to successfully leverage resources.
Work with different functional teams to achieve sales quota and business objectives.
Drive business independently, manage customers at all level relationships.
Maintain awareness of the focus market conditions, competitive environment and dynamic customer needs, successfully communicate and align with sales (direct and indirect) and Business Unit teams Handle high-level technical discussions effectively in applicable fields.
Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in sales / marketing in semiconductor capital equipment supplier related experience, including 3+ years at senior roles. Selling to advanced packaging market experience is preferred.
Understand customers and technical base knowledge in any fields of advanced packaging / Semi, MEMS, or LED etc.
Good team player with solid track of business integrity.
Degree holder in engineering and related discipline.
Proficient with China business operation, and western culture.
Comfortable working in a matrix global organization with the ability to leverage resources Excellent business presentation, negotiation, analysis and influencing skills; effective in demonstrating a cultural sense of urgency and accountability
Bi-Lingual: Chinese (Mandarin) & English Domestic and international travel required
